Key Responsibilities – Dentist

• Provide patient consultations and perform dental examinations and diagnostics;

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans;

• Perform restorative, therapeutic, and other dental procedures within your area of specialization;

• Deliver high-quality patient care and treatment;

• Work in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements;

• Build long-term relationships with patients based on trust and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities – Dental Assistant

• Assist the dentist during clinical procedures;

• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments before procedures;

• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain workplace hygiene;

• Welcome and prepare patients for treatment;

• Monitor the availability of materials and ensure equipment is ready for daily use;

• Provide support to the dentist and the clinical team in daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

Dentist

• Relevant professional qualification and valid certification;

• Responsible, accurate, and reliable approach to work;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• High level of professionalism and commitment to continuous learning;

• Positive attitude towards patients and colleagues.

Dental Assistant

• Relevant education or professional qualification;

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;

• Good communication skills;

• Ability to work effectively in a team;

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
